Who's wrong?? Making a right turn

Let them crash. They're both asking for it.

 

I think this car with the dash cam is also looking to get something on cam... People like this want accidents. It's definitely the type of 4 wheeler I'm always looking out for.

 

I say the truck was wrong. He probably realized he was in the wrong lane but should have waited for the car to go. If there was an accident it would have been the trucks fault. I've been in that predicament before and waited. Many times the car on my left knew what was going on and flashed his lights and got a big wave from me as he passed later.

Older car drivers really know big trucks and what they need. I remember one guy stopping way short of the line. I could see his wife giving him the third degree like what the hell are you doing, your too far from the line. Another big wave and smile!

Also, this video must come from the car drivers YouTube page. Probably posting videos of all the wrong things he deals with on the road. I bet he's really really asking for a big crash.

Truck Driver is in the wrong... Period.

It didn't help that only the right lane was painted and the left lane didn't have similar turn options painted on it but the sign clearly shows both can be a right turn... And truck should have been on the outside turn lane. Especially since at the end it looks like he might be making a left turn next.

Clearly the trucker is at fault for this one.

Aside from the trucker making a crap turn in the wrong lane, did anybody else notice the 4 wheeler cut his turn and cross inside?

 

The truck was wrong. if he couldn't make the turn from the right lane he should of made it from the left. ended in the left. then merged to the right. but he turn from the right and ended in the left when he should on ended in the right.

 

The only place I see the trucker was wrong is by not allowing the traffic in the left lane to clear before he made his turn. By the same token, the person with the video camera should have a refresher course on driving. Most 4 wheeler drivers know that trucks have to make wide swings when they turn and they will yield to the trucks. The person with the video camera is an idiot. Its all about courtesy. Truckers and 4 wheelers have to share the roads. To do it safely, you have to be courteous.
