Workers claim driver fired

I am sorry if this truly happened to anyone, that said an ounce of common sense, thinking out loud or making a pro's an con's list would be enough to show that trying to unionize in this economic climate is a bullet in the head to your job.

 

It is hard to make a call on this one... But it looks as if the company has done their documentation. He (the driver refuses to put oil in the truck he drives?) is standing on shaky ground,at the best... As for the union thing.. well it isn't the smartest thing to be the one to put your neck out there to get chopped off. I know... someone has to take a stand.
