Worker's Comp.....

Everyone who lives in this country should know that we all must pay taxes. That is not an excuse for anyone being paid on a 1099. They just failed to save or pay their taxes and then try to push blame on the one who paid them. That isn't right. The IRS does have guidelines, but they cannot write laws. That is the job of congress. It is not illegal to pay on a 1099, whether the so called IRS guidelines are met or not. The IRS does seem to make things up as they go, if you have been keeping up with the news the last several years.

I am not anti government. I have never been anti government. I am anti big government and against corruption in our government. I am also against an over reaching government that things they need to control every aspect of our lives. Every civilized society need government to provide structure. A certain amount of government is necessary to a civilized society. It is when the government forgets that it is there to serve the people rather than for the people to serve the government that I have a problem.
