The way I see it a sore or strained muscle just requires time to heal. I've had lots of them. The doctor or nurse is just going to MAYBE apply some over the counter remedy you could buy at any pharmacy but charge you a lot more money. Be easy on whatever is sore or strained by using it gently and carefully, buy and use the OTC remedy, don't start a worker's comp claim over some small dollar claim unless you are ready to watch future employers reject your application just to avoid hiring someone that MIGHT plan to fake a claim to get some money. Doctors & nurses are not magicians that make pain evaporate, usually.

You have the internet in your hand or where you live. Research how to treat what you have and then use over the counter means to treat it. The $30 you spend, if it helps, is a bargain compared to reducing what companies will hire you for the next few years. Nobody works their whole life without pain. Not all pain means you cannot work. Some pain, sure, but not every pain.

    buddyd157 Thanks this.
