    Clear? Ok two things.

    FIRST.

Employment is at will in the USA. Yer out so...

Second. Find another job. In or out of trucking. Your choice.

I would be a complete idiot to text and drive at 1:54 a.m. The specific notes from the police report states UNIT 2 WHICH IS ME traveling NB approaching the intersection. unit 2 entered intersection after the light turned yellow. UNIT 1 WHICH IS OTHER DRIVER failed to stop at red light and struck unit 2.

I live in Texas. I was recently awarded unemployment as no misconduct could be found on my end.

Take the $ and run. Keep a copy of the police report handy for new job prospects.

Well....at least you got some experience on the road. You gotta understand though, millions of dollars are on the line daily in this industry. Swift, like any other company don't wanna take chances of increased insurance costs and/or lawsuits. Where are you thinking of working next?

FlaSwampRat, D.Tibbitt and x1Heavy Thank this.

i think maybe if the road was wet or icy, you may have slid, but on dry roads.??

i can't say i ever saw that happen.

again, i will put my 48 years to your 1.5 years, that your trailer would most likely, have not flipped over. maybe a slide to one side or another, and when they measure the skid/yaw marks, they will determine your actual speed.

at 35 mph that you claimed you were doing..?? that trailer wold not have flipped.
