Wth???

Throttles have had turtle rabbit pictograms on them for at least 20 years.
I did a quick search and somebody was talking about putting it on a boat throttle in 1992.

 

Crst.

Enough said.

 

I don't doubt that. My old mower was from the early 60s and didn't have any markings at all.
