One company owns the brands, designs them, manufactures them, owns the stores that sell them, and owns the insurance companies.
That would be like a Mega owning 80% of shippers, receivers, trucks, truck manufacturers, and truck insurance companies, and repair shops. What do you think buying and operating a truck would be like then?
