It finally happened - front axle bearings went

    Well a couple weeks ago I had to call a hook front axke bearings went on me. Cost $1800 including the $350 tow. Cant just replace the bearing on a Volvo have to get the whole hub assy sealed bearings 420162_3311173346765_1491067196_3081870_1784143606_n.jpg

    I had a wheel seat go out and it got welded to the axle. about three weeks

    Can't service anthing that is sealed, whether it's u-joints or wheel bearings.

    Yea when I called them and they said $350 I told them to come get it and they was there in about 20 min or less and you can see its night. Couldnt get it fixed til the next day but them folks was real nice gave me the keys to one of the pickups so I could go get something to eat and thats a first for me

    My freightliner has those hubs recommended to replace between 500,000 to 750,000 miles. The hubs cost $620 . Take about an hour to change
