I am a truck driver driving for about a year now. I would now like to become an owner-operator, so I am planning on buying a truck to use it for city and line-haul as well. I recently found one that I am particularly interested in, but I am a first-time buyer so I don't have much experience whether this a good deal or not for the truck. Here is some information about it:
Price- $28,000
Type- Semi-Sleeper Conventional
Make- Freightliner
Model- Century 120 FLC12064st
Year- 2003
Mileage- 619853
Title- Clear
Condition- Used
Number of Axles- Tandem
Enigine Make- Detroit
Engine Horespower- 370
Fuel Type- Diesel
Transmission Type- Manual
Transmission Speed- 10 Speed Direct
Suspension Type- Air
Tire Size- 22
I would like to know whether this truck a good deal for city and line haul since fuel is so expensive. I really appreciate your advice.
Thank you very much!
Is this truck good for line-haul and city?
