Buying truck from Gordon Trucking in washington

    So I called the dealer Valley Freightliner today thats owned by Gordon Trucking here in washington NW. about the overpriced truck listed bellow...

    they told me they cant give me any maintenance records , or tell me how many drivers have driven it , which is fishy since they have all that info !! :biggrin_25513:
    but they did tell me that all of the trucks have gone through dyno and come with 2 year 200k warranty .
    But the price of the truck is so jacked up because it comes from gordon ..
    what do you guys think?? isnt that weird they wont give me any records at all??
    I do like that all of their trucks are governed at 63mph

    I think the millage is really high for that price. It was a fleet truck why no records? I would keep looking

    he said they sell 300 trucks per year it would take full time employee to run all records ...i told him it was ######### ..

    the DEALER describes the engine TWICE as 515hp?

    i would expect better

    You know the peees been ran out that truck. The only reason not to give maintenance records is when you know they don't have good news in em.

    Comes with a 200K warranty? What does that cover? The bumper bolts should they rust and cause the bumper to fall off? That is a bit high with 750K But they say there is a incentive towards the warranty or the cash amount for it. They do give a Dyno is the report the report for this particular truck or just a good one they have there someplace? I'm sorry I'm just throwing it all out there.

    we all know a lot of these "warranties" are worth nothing when it comes time to make a claim on a used truck
