help determine the truck rental company?

Hello. Once again I need your help. Now I work as a truck driver in the company. A friend suggested to go to another company where he works, where you can rent a truck on the following terms: $ 700 per week for the rental truck, 18% of the cost of shipping, $ 0.10 per mile, $ 2,500 deposit.
