    I want to run truck on the diagonal from Tucumari NM US-54 E to KS-61 N, then on up to Salina KS. If you've run this lane, please give me opinion as to run it or stay on I-40 E to Oklahoma City, then I-35 N. Thanks in advance.

    Easy ride. Did it every week for two years on dedicated run from Corona,Ca to Salina,Ks. Words of advice, and take it to the bank. All of those small towns through there have cops that love to write speeding tickets. So if speed limit is 35 do 35.

    I've run this quite a bit. Nice road. Headed to St. Louis I go I-40 to I-44. Kansas City or north I run the 54.
