What is the preferred method of sending in your paperwork after unloading? Trip Pack, FedEx, UPS, Scanning and emailing, Faxing, etc?
(Vote early, vote often!)
I saw I put Fax in twice instead of Fax and FedEx. I can't seem to edit the poll.

We just switched from tripak mobile to transflow mobile +
I do like the transflow mobile much much better... super easy. .. with tripak it took a few times to get a good enough picture for it to accept it... with transflow it takes one.. occasionally two... I also like the confirmation of it being sent and recieved...
I also sometimes use the scanner at the terminal. .. but, really havent since with gransflow I just send it as soon as the load is delivered...Tamiami Thanks this. -
i email em or internet fax with my printer/scanner.
no one can get a good picture from my phone/s no matter what device or app i use.
the hard copies get turned in or mailed in to the office.Tamiami Thanks this. -
I prefer scanning and either faxing or uploading the documents myself. If there is a problem with the computer then I may transflow them from a truck stop.
Tamiami Thanks this. -
Take a picture with my phone, crop it, email or efax it

More and more carriers are going electronic. Most use Transflow or TripPak. Nearly everyone with whom we deal we can scan and email or fax all paperwork. In any of these cases, it speeds up time to receive payment and there is less chance of paperwork getting lost in the mail. If your company still uses snail mail or you need to send in originals, you should at least make a copy for your records in case the originals get lost.

i've still got my first emailed permit from when i came back out on the road. 3 1/2 years ago. in my email system. 3 months later i signed up for efax. all 3 years are still sitting in my email or fax servers.
