I was asking about the account that Averitt has with DG -
Most of the Dollar General runs deliver to stores in small towns without a loading dock. Most of their trailers are unloaded using the lift gate. Their freight is loaded on rolling carts that you roll off into the store and roll the empty carts back on the truck to take back to the DC. Some of their stores can be a pain to deliver to depend on time of day and the setup
chopper103in Thanks this. -
JB is getting a lot of it and if they can't do it they farm it out to Werner in the east.

we haul 4-5 loads a week , 3-4 stops on a trailer. everything is in carts and loaded on the trailers with boxes stacked on top to the roof. all the trailers have lift gates for unloading at the stores.... after your done with the stop you load the empty cart back on the trailer to go back to the DC and go to your next stop.
it wont be a job for everyone because it is work unloading the product
I think the money is good, im making between 1000- 1100 a week before taxes -
Does each store have a time window for delivery? I've been by a few DG's and to say the least some are very small for maneuvering 70' of truck! LOL
