Working for Bison Team driving for the past 3 years. Decent company, They always have freight, Pretty much 20/21k miles a month is what we ran.. With about 11 days out 3 at home. Pay is getting low compared to other places now.. . 52c mile / ± 1.5c safety bonus after 3 years.

I've heard for singles it's pretty ####, but I ran 2 months single and no complaints. I think it's just the typical ######## and moaning. Ask away if anyone wants more info?

I'm looking at ITS out of Belleville right now, Anyone have any info on them?

**I would of loved to stay with Bison but they won't deal with new drivers and my wife just got her az.

Stay away from Agritel in Manitoba. They are cheap. Pay is low. No APU's yet you go to Calif. Imagine a .5 cent per mile increase every year. What a joke. Nice looking trucks does not put bread on the table.

That's a shame to hear. I worked for them a few years ago and they were really good back then. Most all the trucks had APU's at that time. Pay was a little low but they allways did the right thing by me. Maybe times have changed there?

I agree getting paid "as the crow flies" (pc miler) stinks, no one drives in a straight line with no traffic and no inclines, if all drivers were given the proper amount of pay for actual miles driven there would be a lot of happy truckers.

Hello Mr loki. I wonder if you have looked at Bison's training out of head office? Maybe they could train Mrs loki for 4 - 6 weeks or something?

    Read everything!!
Anyone who charges for satellite systems, won't pay training, layovers, work time or every mile driven (that's right, no PEE PEE MiLER) is a bad bet.

    No Free Rides, motherhu**ers!

Challenger Motor Freight is an awesome company to work for, good miles, nice dispatchers, clean and modern facilities in Cambridge, Quebec, BC, (the London yard needs a make over but the people were so nice), I'm glad I work for Challenger, I have no complaints.
