Does it really matter? Can't pass don't even bother trying
magoo68, thelongwalker, Grizzly1221 and 2 others Thank this. -
The lady that looks after the office has you checked out for VD.

Yeah it really does matter, I didn't ask whether I'd pass I asked what kind of test they do. Me and a friend are arguing about it and I want to see if I can prove him wrong . Btw you shouldn't make ###-umptions man if I couldn't pass I wouldn't be in trucking... lol
Raiderfanatic Thanks this. -
Never know these days!

Good point. I guess it is a fair assumption, haha. Something like 30% of the population smokes weed, or it at least seems that way.

You do a Pee test up stairs at the Husky on Shawson Rd for Kriska
sheldorOfTrucks Thanks this. -
Most trucking companies just test for narcotics/illegal drugs as far as I know..
-
That depends where you are. Many trucking companies in Alberta test for alcohol at the time of the drug test. One would assume that a truck driver would not show up drunk at a drug test but in Alberta that does not seem to be the case. A surprising number are found to be sloshed.
Last week's roadside blitz of trucks in Alberta found truck drivers who were enjoying alcoholic beverages at the wheel, while driving. Several were also found with substantial amounts of weed in their cabs.
Truck drivers in Alberta who are habitually drunk and/or stoned are relegated to Alberta Provincial carriers where drug testing is not required. -
