So I'm almost done my class 1 in about a week or so.
I started to look around my area for jobs, Lethbridge Alberta, not even sure where to begin really.
Theres an H&R transport about 5min from me, very close, anyone know or have any info about how this company is by chance?
Maybe someone from here can point me in the right direction in terms of a good company in the area.
A quick question

Lo Mack seems to hire new drivers. I do not know if there are in your area.

What type of work are you looking for? Long haul, short haul, local etc. H&R might not be the best choice, just because they are close to you is not a good reason to run for them. -
im going for long haul since im not tied down or anything, ive been looking around for any type of review for H&R but most of the stuff i find is old, lookin for new reviews or people who have dealt with them in the past 3 years at least. it doesnt have to be h&r at all but id like to know more about how they are since there so close, id like to try and get in a big company at first, from what i hear they have the best training and take new guys as well, but at the same time i cant afford to be picky. i kinda feel like im all over the place in terms of where i should start lookin for work.

Try b&d or jk for a start, or the grain haulers on kijiji

definitely try H&R .and if they say no experience ,,no job. ask them is it because you are Canadian and watch them squirm!!!....they have just been given an another batch of LMIAs for foreign workers.
