Does anybody know of a website where drivers can find info on areas to get some exercise while on the road. What I am looking for a a place to find details on where a driver can pull not too far of a main highway to get a walk or a run in without getting too far off track and remain on truck-friendly roads. I am hitting the highway again and would like to stay active while doing so.
Staying healthy on the road.

Basketball court westbound through Banff, just past Lake Louise exit. The mountains make an inspiring backdrop. Sshhh!!

Ya, I was just hoping there was a collection of trucker's favourite spots that had been assembled somewhere. There are a few websites kind of devoted to helping people stay healthy on the road with nutrition and exercise tips, maybe I will suggest one of them add a page where you can find places by clicking on a map of province/state, highway and county. Build a database of good spots.

Some drivers (not all) exercising extends to actually looking under the trailer to see how much travel his slack adjusters have.

I found this article. It sounds good but the pics are obviously Photoshopped. Worthwhile read though.

My Grandfather started exercising at age 57 by walking 2 miles a day. He's 119 years old now and we have no darn idea where he is.

Exercise is useless if your diet is out of check
