I have a CDL permit from Colorado and a DOT physical card. Will this work for Central? Was wondering what the wellness test and physical is like at Central.

I'm sure Central will want you to go through their in-house physical, as it's done the 1st morning of orientation and will get you current as of that date. It's a simple weight/vision/hearing/BP check combined with a drug test. You also get to sit with a doc for a few minutes answering questions. The physical is no sweat, just make sure you have a list of any meds and that your BP is under control.

As far as CDL permit, not 100% sure but I believe you'll get a new permit, and Central will advise you on getting your new CDL transferred to your home state. I'm from CA so when I went to school through Central I just got my permit then CDL through my state here. YMMV. Call Central's recruiting if you need more specific info.

    DLC Thanks this.
