not sure what to do anymore.

    I have been trying to be a good boy for awhile now but two months later and crete still owes me more than $3000.00 for various pay issues. so now what do i do? should i quit? should i call and raise hell in the morning? should i sit where ive been sitting for the last three days because im on safety shut down and no one can tell me why? what the f am i supposed to do?

    Call and be nice to them. Explain to them that they owe you and how much and you want it by Friday or you can contact the state board of labor. Do not yell at them, they will just put you on hold.

    idk it seems to all barrel down to wilmer texas and the retarded idiots that run it.like this last week. i turned in 3300 miles 700 doallars in breakdown 300 in layover and about 30 hours of detention and a hotel for 2 days and hazmat stuff. mind you i make .44 a mile so add that all up comes to a grand total of 2713.00 why is there only 322.00 in my bank account. i love driving and have for a long time but really how do you screw this up? makes no sense especially if the people that do it come out of college? i expect ill be getting the call in the morning from the really nice message i free formed so everyone can see.

    I would politely explain your pay problem. Crete is not the kind of company to cheat you. But they can make mistakes. I worked for Crete 18 years and there are things about them I didn't like. But getting cheated out of pay wasn't an issue. I found that dealing with people in a civil manner usually works fine.

    Not trying to be rude, just asking......did you have any advances they took out of your check. I don't know their cash advance policies. But I have seen a number of guys over the years get a shock on payday when all their cash advances got figured in. Just a thought.
