Lease/Purchase Contract

CRST won't lease to their Calif licensed drivers. They're retaliating for a class action lawsuit they lost.

 

i wish i could go to malone you pick your on loads and where you want to go,, one van side lease sucks they always tell you theres no solo freight wich we al no is bs they control how much you make because you have to wait for them to get you a load, the maint .14cent a mile
rip off, im going to tell you the o/o pays for all crst company things the that 14cent you put in maint you never see that back its the companys
i could keep going on and on i know this company

Did you do the lease with CRST Malone? If you did how is it going and what do you think of the equipment?

I apologize for taking so long to get back with you Popcorn169...

I decided NOT to go lease purchase, which I had planned prior to never do anyway...just got impatient, than woke up...lol I still have plans to get my own truck, trailer and authority. My wife and I have a great job right not, making great money and I am saving all I can to buy that truck I want. I will than buy the trailer I want and prayfully, by the time I get the money for the trailer, I will have at least one customer lined up. Lord only knows what is going to happen with this country in the next year or so but, I am going to move forward.

 

Good to hear from you and I hope it all works out for you. I am sure it will fall in place once you get going.

I was trying to find some information on the lease paperwork also. Is there anyway you could send me a copy of the lease so I can have my attorney look over it for me? My husband and I are interested in a L/P program, but we're having a hard time finding one that's not a nightmare or a scam. Thanks so much!
