Need alittle info about Crst... I was offered a job with Crst as a lead driver at .49 a mile out 21 days with 5 days off.. would anyone else take this offer or wait for something better ?

That sounds like .49 for the team. Never heard of crusty paying that much to solo.

U must have a lot of time on the road but yes I think that is tops pay
If a recruiter told u that I would have them fax u a copy of that with a signature
But they do pay that good to lead drivers if u got the time on the road -
I have over 10 year's on the road.. I've only ever done solo tho... never been a trainer -

If u have over ten years that would put u up there because they pay lead company drivers and extra .06 cents a mile to train
Also that would be van -
The pay info sounds correct as I believe top pay is .43 and then they give u an additional .06 for being a lead. The hometime sounds like a lie. I just left CRST in February and their policy is one day off per week out and only a max of 4 days off regardless how long you stay out. Plus their training is 28 days so you going home for 5 with a student dosent sound right. Look into that a little more
