Learn the Whole Experience of CRST NOW

I would sure like to find someone who drives CRST (Caterpillar Dedicated) out of Spokane WA so I could ask a few questions. I'm pretty interested. I currently have my CDL w/Hazardous and Tanker endorsement, DOT Cert and doubles endorsements. I'm hauling fuel in a Class B and want to drive Class A out of Spokane WA. Hope to hear from someone. I worked for CRST and was told I would be put on Cat Dedicated.
That never happened. They will give you a list of reasons why you won't be able to do it for at least 6 months after you start.

I posted my pay stubs that show miles run, and money earned.
Many of them were NEGATIVE paychecks, and I ran hard - no dicking around for me.

They were deducting a bridge ticket I got in training with my trainer in the jump seat.

Long story short, I didn't finish the contract, and left due to the negative paychecks.
Normally, they will make you finish the contract out, or pay the balance.

I did neither, and applied to other companies, who send off for a verification.
CRST actually gave me a verification, which is surprising for me and the companies applied to.


You will do much better at other companies, take my advice, because I have been down your path already.
There are other companies which you will not have to team drive, train you better, and pay you better.

Your wages there will be under .20 cents a mile, regardless of what BS they blow at you.
Average out the hours you work, plus the deductions and you are making less than minimum wage my friend.

If you have not signed anything yet, get the hell out of there and go apply to someplace like Knight, FFE, TMC, or a whole list of others.
I promise that you will be better off going down that path, than with where you are now.


Had I known about this place before I went to CRST I would have done a lot more research and had a different outcome.
It is what you make of it though.

Had it not been the negative checks I would have finished my contract out.
The ticket was my fault ultimately, and #### happens. Suck it up and learn from it.
