I started with this company on the 17th(Tuesday) just got done with orientation and I'm waiting to make my first delivery in the morning. I am VERY impressed by how I've been treated, by EVERYONE in the office, very nice people.
the owner used to be a truck driver and started this company back in 09 and it's at 50 trucks I believe. I got a 2010 international with a 2015 utility reefer brand new. I'll be getting a new truck aswell after I prove myself and they see how I run. My dispatcher is very nice and asked me if there was anywhere I didn't want to go, I told her NOPE JUST GIMME MILES! She told me that it wouldn't be a problem aslong as I manage my time right(which is no problem) I will stay running. After I get unloaded I'm getting set up for a 1800 mile trip. I have to say, just by how helpful and nice everybody has been, there is no regret in leaving my old company to come here. The lease purchase is also like one I've never seen before, I will be doing that after I am here 6-8 months. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask! I will post updates on here regularly.

Got emptied at mason OH, got a load right away picking up in leesburg OH, going to San Marcos, TX.
1300 miles, and it delivers Monday, so I have a nice trip for the weekend. My dispatcher is awesome, 150% different in every way from my last company, so far I'm more than happy here.hal380 Thanks this. -
Got to San Marcos early so I'm going to try and deliver in the morning. The weekend dispatcher is awesome! A breath of fresh air from Roehl. And the nightmares of the weekend dispatch there!
hal380 Thanks this. -
FINNALY got unloaded here at San Marcos, thank god for detention pay.
Off to San Antonio, tx to be loaded in the AM then off to Nashville. -
Good to hear. I know you weren't happy a Roehl and I can't say that I blame you with the numbers you posted and the time you spent out. That's over now and it sounds like you landed on your feet. I follow the Roehl thread and it doesn't sound very impressive over there right now. I won't rule them out as a start but they're not at the forefront either. I'd prefer a smaller place if I do make the jump. Nice runs you got to start and it sounds like you actually get paid detention in which following the Roehl thread sounds like a rarity.
Does your new company only run reefers? What's there hometime like. Experienced drivers only I take it.T_TRUCKER⢠Thanks this. -
I have a neighbor that drives for them. He has the green Volvo. He is home....Alot. Seems like good equipment too.
-
Are they one of those eastern european owned outfits?
-
I checked out their website and had a question along those same lines,??
-
I did see the green Volvo while I was there, I didn't meet the driver though. The few drivers I have met seem to have good things to say. They do require 2 years exp, and a clean driving record.
im very happy here so far, my dispatcher is running me like CRAZY. And so far all my trips have been long with just enough time to get it there which is awesome, keeps the wheels movin!
If anyone has any questions feel free to ask, or you could call the office.
Oh and hometime if you live in the St. Louis area can be every night or out 2 weeks home 2-3 days. I live in Florida and was talking to a driver that lives in GA and has never had a problem getting home.
there lease program looks VERY interesting aswell. And once I'm comfortable here I'll be making that move, it's like one I've never seen before from any company. -
