Loys of miles, pay is good .41 cpm + Benefits. They get you home, Run legal, Make Good Money, Good people to work for. Never caught them lieing to me, or treating drivers badly.

But, OTR produce is what it is, The only reason I left was for a job that would have me off on weekends, and home several nights per week.
I thought CTI bought out IWX a year or Two ago......

I believe CTI and Conway got together

In Kingman AZ. Conway and CTI are right down the road from IWX. Never seen a CTI truck in their yard.

I wasn't sure if they would hire a new driver, I will give them a call tomorrow and see if they bite. I appreciate the post on here.

Merry Christmas and drive safe.

No they have not bbenn purchased by CTI, I fact they were partners in the beginning, and no mortal enimies. They will not even hire drivers that have worked for CTI.

They do use teams for 48 and canada, and also for relay. For instance relay runs from springfield mo to kingamn az, drop n hook then back to springfield, amybe 2 rounds when its busy. Some solos run 48 and canada, but most run from either kingman, edinburg, or ft.worth to del / reload and then back to the terminal. I did both, I would always answer them with any load any where any time, and that gave them the message I would handle what ever.

I could use that to be snide, like thats what you get for thinking, but I would not be so rude, the thought crossed my mind.

No theyhave teams and solo drivers. Normally teams run 48 states or relay. relay would be Kingman to Springfield, edinburg to springfield, etc.

Solos run from terminal to consignee, reloads then back to the yard. Once they get to know you they will run you q little different if you would like, but that is uo to the dispatcher.

Big deal, is matching times for: entering and leaving the yard, time stamps of Bills of Laden, then running legal between them.
