Swift is no different than any other company out there. They have the largest fleet, so they may or may not have the most accidents. They treated me well, my training was excellent, and my truck was new and never broke down.. I did not make much money, some of it was my fault. But they did have better insurance than most companies offer, and I never had a claim denied.. They alwasy reimbursed me for anything I sent in that I paid for especially things that were needed for the truck..

When I went back home (Mass) for a funeral, they let me keep my truck and trailer at home for the 2 weeks I was gone.. I always had a positive attitude so that helped, and I had great DM as well..

interesting thread.
I'm new to this, perhaps doing to much research when looking at the polls elsewhere in this forum, the results show that Swift is a company to avoid.
Perhaps I'm putting way too much weight on the polls?

Hi You will notice that most who complains are previous employees who had a problem with the company. Some are legit, some are just plain out Whining.

Deep down every Company can be said to be bad, and same time Every Company can be said to be good. It all up to the Driver himself, for we all are different, have Different needs, and see things different. If we all the same this would be a boring World..
