I'm sitting in my seat passing time until my pickup surfing the web on my Blackberry when a truck comes into the lot followed by a Bernalillo Co. Sheriff Crown Vicky cruiser and NM DOT Chevy Tahoe. The driver parks 2 spots away from me and the Sheriff parks behind and the DOT parks in front, blocking him in. Sounds like he's in a spot of trouble!
Driver at the J here in ABQ, NM just had his day get complicated

I would bet already placed OOS and being escorted to a parking spot to recieve his driving awards. Used to watch them down on 129 in Fl escort them over to the melon market..
Looked like a low speed OJ type pursuit somedays 'til word got out they were down on the corner. -

I was doing my pre trip (very thorough I might add since the DOT was there). The driver was standing in the shade of the truck between ours. I asked the driver what happened. The sheriff pulled him over for a missing license plate (it was a McKinney lease/rental) and the DOT officer stopped to assist. Naturally the DOT officer asked for all his credentials and his logbook wasn't current so Tazz guessed it right!
So the word of advice for the day is keep it current! And be sure to inspect your vehicle! -
the wind is picking up a bit, I bet im in for another shower here on the bay.
