    I know what those guys say, DB; but often as not, they either didn't put em on in the first place because they're lazy, or they forgot to put 'em on (and yes, it does happen!) An amazing number of these widgets who haul cars (notice I didn't say carhauler,) think because they're flat-decked that a couple chains/straps tossed on the outer cars is just fine. I know a guy who admitted to having to jump in rush hour traffic and back up his belly unit after an emergency stop; as it had slid against the back of the tractor. I think he's a slow learner as it's happened several times...
