most company apps only ask for record younger than 10 years, I wouldnt worry about it, But id be honest, Lieing on your ap, just looks bad on you, they will think, If you lied about that? what else would he lie about?, Remember, they have to be able to trust you with round a 1/2 million dollars, truck, trailer and cargo, if this is your true record, and they where exsponged, you shouldnt have any problems, I had a friend ask me about this very same thing one time, he said ha had two pot possesion charges on his record years earlier and they where exsponged, so he called C.R.
