I'm signing on with a company and they offer a prepaid plan for driving issues as a benefit. Does any know if these attorneys are any good? Have you used it and had any luck? Worth the money? Thanks.

Do you intend to violate traffic regulations and get a ticket ? There are other services out there that don't require a monthly fee . You can call them after you are cited . Several members here , including me have successfully beat tickets using this service . http://interstatetrucker.com/Default.aspx
MMM DRIVER Thanks this. -
Not planning on getting tickets, just asking. Thanks for the input

Personally if I found a company that did a pre-pay legal plan as a benefit, I would run from them. Any company that thinks that is a good idea is a company that expects the driver to need it. The only way the driver will need it is if dispatch is screwed up enough to keep pushing drivers to break the law.
No thanks, my license is too important to me for that crap!

I use CDL defender from US Legal, have been for 4yrs now, it's not about CSA scores, it's about keeping your license clean. If you run CA like I do doesn't matter if you don't plan on a getting a ticket, or how perfect a driver you think you are, CHP will get you eventually.
Bottom line, I've beat 1 speeding ticket, 2 wrong lane violations, and a merging violation, and all these were in the state of California. And till this day my driving record is perfect, keep in mind I have run all 48 too. It's your choice what you do, but for a little piece of mind, why not.Rubicon and back street slider Thank this. -
Excuse me, so US Legal help you beat wrong lane tickets? Thanks.
