    Where are the cheapest cigs in the country?
    So far, the cheapest I have seen was in GA.
    $29-$33 carton for Pall Malls.

    Marlboro's never seem to be under $45 carton anywhere.

    I think MO is the cheapest. You should be able to find Marlboro's for less than $40/carton at discount shops there.

    Wherever you are buy them at Wal-Mart or Sam's Club. Their cig prices are not beatable anywhere.

    And if you know someone who can get on a military base those are cheap too because they pay no taxes.

    The Moapa res in vegas in not cheap at all. Same price as Loves, just no sales tax.
    Not sure where others are.
    Never seen anything close to a good deal at Walmart.
    I don't have a sams club card.
    I'm not paying admission to a store.
