    Yes. Several weeks/months ago. Kinda thought it was strange being winter time and all.

    There were some people on here the other night talking about that. One person said their drivers were refusing to pull at those reduced rates. One said he was getting about 1.83 for all miles but if it went any lower than that he might have to reconsider his options.

    Yes, A Slight increase in rates..Nothin' to get too Cherry About

    Gouge while you can..Cause its Gonna swing like it always does
