    Some info.

Put a re-man clutch in 2001 FLD Freightliner today. One mechanic and one helper,in about 4 working hours, came to my place. No problems, no hurry, about as easy as they come. Concrete floor, air compressor, and nice transmission jack.Clutch had been in 5 years.

    Labor $400
    Re-man clutch $375
    Brake and Brg. $ 50
    Turn flywheel $ 25

    Total $850

Local shop wanted $1200, dealer $1500. All prices using the same clutch style.

I have always looked at when it comes time for a new clutch, a Lipe clutch goes in. Best clutch ever made.
