Update...I took out my passenger seat because it is not needed...The carpet is out now and it was VERY MOLDY...This may be the reason why i am sneezing all the time in my truck...
I have to run some trips so i have to live with ''scatter'' rugs on the floor for now until we get back home and start working on it again...
I still have not decided what to replace it with....Right now i am going to clean the floor with BLEACH and WATER... -

Be a leader - polish the aluminum floor and you will be the first to have a polished aluminum floor. Everyone else will then copy you.
Your mold had to be coming from all the residue caked into the carpet. The carpet and padding they use doesn't support mold growth by itself.
You probably have mold spores in the ventilation system now and no doubt there's layers of dust in there that will be a nice biosystem for mold growth.
Good luck with all that. -
