Penn cvs, the second link you gave me. What would the downsides be to replacing only one. Would it run funny or wear unevenly? Or would it just be a situation where im going to have to replace them all eventually.

What are the odds of the #6 being damaged?....Same odds as a bad wiring harness giving bad signals to the ECM -
I would just change the #6 injector, injector harness, re-o ring your other 5 injectors and run an overhead. One customer out of about 15 bad injectors ask for a 6 pack. Just my .02
