So when I got put in this truck it started just fine. 2 weeks ago it got a PM service at one of our shops. After the PM I noticed it would take 2-3 tries before the engine would start ie. I would turn the key and turn the engine over for about 5 seconds, turn the key back off, rinse repeat a few times. I was hoping it was maybe an air pocket in the fuel filter or something (I'm no master mechanic). Now the engine will turn over but not start no matter how many times I try. It's like it isn't getting fuel but I didn't get any symptoms of a clogged fuel filter (sluggish performance, low power, hitching or jerking when pulling out). I'm getting ECU 128 and ICU 140 errors on the dash. Road service is getting a shop for me that will look at it but I'm curious what your opinion is.

Have you tried shooting some ether into the air cleaner housing to get her to start?

update:
Yes the road service guys came last night and shot some ether in and it fired but wouldn't stay running. I asked them about my thoery that it isn't getting fuel and they agreed. The fuel pump is turning on. Diagnosis, low/no pressure to the injectors. just got towed (wrecker got pulled over by a bumpkin LA local cop saying he was shutting us down for being overlength, then later the wrecker blew it's turbo on the way to the yard) will be in the freightliner shop tomorrow to see what's up. -
hope the rest of weekend goes better.
