The cabin is tilted to the right, I already put new shocks and new air bags, but no change. Next I will try to check the front hinges (bushings). What else could be the problem? I measured the driver's side cabin shock and it is sitting lower than the passenger side.

Look at the air bags, is one inflated more than the other, or positioned differently?

I had a brand new FLD 120 awhile back and it always sat funny. Low on the front drivers side, and low on the right rear frame end. Took it into the front end shop and found that the frame was twisted. Nothing serious and within Freightliners specs but always lower on one side. They wound up shimming the front left side, put a block between the axle and the spring. Fixed it no problem and like I said, went back to Freightliner and they said it was within their specs.
