2013 door chime issue

Hello. I have a 2013 cascadia. Recently I have been haing a door chime on constantly. This never happened before. Only time it would come on is if I left my lights on or my parking breaks weren't sent and I opened my door. Now every time I open my door I have the chime going off. Also the lights on my odometer is constantly lit. Anyone had this issue? I talked to the mechanic and he said he never seen this issue. I seen on another page someone said it was possiblely a shorted out wire but couldn't say where or which one. Looking for some help with this matter. The chime is driving me crazy and I just don't want to disconnect it.

Does anyone have a picture of the area or the possible wire that could be the issue? I pulled the flex tube off today and didnt see any broken or crimped wires. Im trying to avoid taking it to the shop (penske) because they always act like they can never find anything wrong with it.
