2012 Freightliner Cascadia ISX Cummins. I keep getting theses SPN fault codes: 651, 652, 653, 654, 655, 656. FMI 7 Injector Cylinder #1,2,3,4,5,6 The injector fuel flow is lower than expected. Fuel filters replaced, Fuel rail pressure sensor replaced, ECM codes cleared. Theses codes keep coming back after driving only 128 to 258 miles. Any ideas what might be wrong??

Is it XPI (common rail) engine?
If yes - any injector leaking to return (check return flow), ore bad high pressure pump ore bad high fuel pressure proportional valve.
To be sure I'd work with Insite first to check all fuel data, after that the only way - checking ijectors for fuel leak one by one... really 4-6 hours of work.
It is XPI, not so easy thing -
All data was done in KC MO Sept 26, 2014 at Vander Haggs. The Tech said it was the Fuel Rail Sensor. So it was replaced. Plus I had a overhead done as well. But 258 miles down the road here comes back the codes. Ok City Freightliner also done the scan, a few days b4 I had to go to shop in KC and come up with the idea it was the fuel filters. 128 miles the injector codes came back. You think the ECM is going bad??

They changes rail pressure sensor, but u have real rail pressure problem. Sensor was OK, but pressure intermidiatly goes low
so look for hydrilic problem
