Dealer prices are usually around 100% markup. I always look online when I can. Like previous poster said, ebay is always a good place to start. I like jmturbo.com. But, sometimes you have to bite the bullet if you are on the side of the road. Most online places will overnight parts for an extra fee and you can still come out ahead

I have had good success using a hammer and punch on the nuts after hitting it with Blaster. Same routine Rollin suggests only after you spray the studs punch every nut.

Even with pb blast I had to spray like 3-4 days till I was able to take of nuts. These bolts are seized, best would be to heat with the torch them so you dont risk to brake them. Be careful with those bolts if you brake them you will have a lot of problems. You have to use 12 point wrench so its very easy to strip nuts if you turn wrong. When you put new turbo clean exhaust manifold surface, put new gasket, torque lock nuts 43-54 lb ft. Thats what detroit manual says.

I bought a brand new BW 171702 turbo for my 12.7 for $629. I checked with the supplier I got mine from and they now want $706.
