I remember every once in a while the remote would hesitate or stick. Its a funny feeling when you let off the toggle and one side keeps going!!! P.S. (I always kept a change of clothes in the truck, under the pass. seat)

caboose3.jpg Back to photos............... Moved this 17'+ from way up a county rd. to the Oceano, CA rail depot. 2 sticks of 3/4" pvc arched over the top slid me under the wires. Hauled a 40" boxcar in a few years earlier from Newcastle, CA.

EX-550.jpg Here is an EX-550 coming out of Cal-Poly , San Luis Obispo, CA. 13'6" wide, 15'2" high, thinkin around 190K. Hard to keep ones mind "right" while on a college campus. Pic is a little blurry, not sure what my pilot car driver was doing.......... (lol) He generally took good photos. Hadnt been for him I wouldnt have many pics.

This is my current project...an Electrical Substation Building from Trois-Rivieres, QC to Yellowknife, NT...then ~20hrs across the ice roads to the new diamond mine. 17'W x 15'9"H x 118'L at about 155,000 lbs. requires a minimum of 4.5' of ice thickness...

HH, take some extra underwear so when you get to the other side you can change because that is one major pucker factor right there, be safe crossing.

Been to Yellowknife once. I believe that's as far as I'd ever want to go. Safe travels to you, HH.

9N on 9.jpg Here is a 9N heading up to a quarry near Lake Cachuma, CA. 5% pull so the pilot had time to jump out and snap a pic. (circa 2005)

That country is just plain gorgeous! Used to ride a lot in that area. Throw my kid on the back of the motorcycle and be out there all day.
