Does your truck have regular 120 volt household electrical sockets? Do you know if your truck actually has a power inverter? There were two factory options for your truck regarding 120 volt outlets. One is shore power without inverter, and the other is shore power with inverter. Both have a socket on the outside of the bunk somewhere where you plug in an extension cord from the truck stop or your house to supply the truck with 120 volts. If you have shore power without the inverter you must plug your truck into a 120 volt source to power those outlets. If you do have the inverter you should have a control panel for it in the sleeper. The third option is that it was installed aftermarket. Either way you are going to have to hunt for the inverter to see if you have one, and then see if it is powering up. 99% of the time they are installed in the cargo bays under the bed.
