I would have him measure the mattress. Then get the size closest but larger. Wal-mart and I'm gonna guess other stores as well sell these nifty things that will keep the sheet's on. They clip on all four corners, across that corner. I have kept the flat sheet on, used as a bottom sheet with them. I have no clue as to what they are actually called... I think of them like sheet suspenders, cause that's kinda what they look like...well sorta.
Oh and JMO, but I would buy a memory foam mattress pad that will fit also, cause those truck mattresses are hard as a rock. 2" or 3" thick. -

most trucks will use twin Xtra long sheets....some are wider then others, but most are close enough. The t680 can be speced with the 38 or 42 inch mattress, so we cant be sure without the company name. Why cant he just use the sheets from his old truck?

I'd buy twin flat sheets. Don't buy the fitted, they are about 3" too small. The flat twin sheets you have about a foot on each side. Plenty to tuck.
Then I would include some lingerie to go with the new sheets. If he gets excited and tells you to try them on then all is cool. If he puts them on and sits in the driver's seat, then he has been on the road too long and you'll need to have a talk with him!thenewtruckerswife, 91B20H8, passingthru69 and 2 others Thank this. -
I always bought jersey sheets that were extra long. Between the length and the stretch of the material, they fit every mattress. (Since it is close to return to college days, you should be able to find x-length sheets easily now.)
