    Maybe the fridge is shorting out, bad motor, possibly. Built ins are 12 volt compressor units.

    Could also be the compressor has gone bad.

    Simple, just shut the freaking fridge off. Does the problem go away and still have power to the other outlets? Simple logic test.

    Well it might not if the hotwire's grounding out. Could be that's why it goes for a few days then will come back maybe after bouncing around and resets the fuse/relay, you might have to pull the fuse all together, I don't know for sure, just throwing it out there. Kinda like tail lights, if a wire gets bared and shorts it'll kill the other ones as well.
