Maybe you did NOT read what I wrote ?? I refused the load twice & after second refusal , they said I HAD TO DO THAT LOAD !! It is even in their system (from when I hired in) that I DO NOT do far east or as I told them NO N.Y. - N.J. - De. - Md or Ms . So , its like I told them that day , the right of refusal only works for some & NOT for all ! They did not answer that !

Sorry you took offense to my post. It was not intended to offend. I ran loads everywhere for Knight. Still would like to know which terminal you were out of. I have stated many times on TTR that each Knight terminal does it's own thing. I am sure there are several I wouldn't have worked for. Appreciate you acknowledging you should have exited differently. I gave all of "This is my last load" as a notice when I had my load secured to start home time.

You can tell Knight everything you wont do, where you wont go, when you want to be home, etc. and they will agree until you get out in the real world, and as is usual, you must follow the freight! A fact of life! And deserting a truck even with notification but w/o approval is an unforgivable 'sin.' Your 30 yrs experience shud have prepared you for the consequences of doing such....

Was just reading your story with your username 'Outlaw' and read in some rebellion..ha ha
The problem that I'm sure that you know is that once your DAC is updated, excuses like 'their literature said' wont do any good in expunging it!
But good luck..and with your 30 yrs experience, you shudnt be working at Knight anyway..unless your past driving record (accidents/incidents, etc.) keeps you settling for 2nd rate co's and lower pay?!! -
