Was looking at Riverside Transports Lease purchase. Seems like decent deal. I have successfully completed 2 lease purchases and don't need a lecture from some 5 year driver on their pitfalls. I've lived em'. Was wanting info from any current I repeat current drivers not pissed off ex-drivers that couldn't make it. All their deductions are by the mile and equate to about .90 cpm including fuel, surcharge is running around .36 cpm. If any one has any CONSTRUCTIVE input have at it otherwise move on!.Sorry to sound like a jerk but everytime someone tries to post something for info it ends up being a you're a D.A. and don't know what you're talking about etc etc etc

You know haters will be along shortly...
I never looked too hard at Riverside. Their magazine ads seemed a little odd, like they were using "fuzzy" math. That turned me off, and I never looked into it any further. Best of luck. -
I was gonna say that also some of the math on their deductions don't add up
crb Thanks this. -
But that's just me and not the gospel , it may very well be a good deal

I dont know seems low especially if you compare their o/o rates. They even show a lower fsc.

That's actually a good question , should have some sort of equity from past trucks from other LP deals or maybe they had balloons that he opted out of to finish the commitment

How did those leases end? -
I paid off my house so i don't have house payments! And i you need to go back and read my post i sold them to help my father with his business. And i'll be darned if i am going to put my home on the line for a truck, if the lease doesn't work out i can just walk away, also i did a spreadsheet with the numbers another l/o with riverside that is a family member gave me. The math does work out if you are smart enough to do a spreadsheet and vary the numbers.how could it not work if you are doing your deductions by the mile?you won't get penalized for hometime. I knew this would happen as soon as i posted this.the negativity starts, so now i am going to only respond to people that work at riverside, not speculators or used to be's if you are not there then you probally don't know your *** from a hole in the ground.
