I have a truck and trailer which is paid for and I'm saying there isn't enough revenue left over to replace them when wore out. I'm sure the "gold mine" lies in your ability to do all your maintenance, but not how I choose to spend my time off.

Then your not budgeting correctly. Every mile you run should have a piece put aside for when the truck and trailer needs replaced. .25 cpm for truck and trailer. You sound like your one major breakdown from being done.

I'm already done. Still have t&t. Back in company truck. My boss buys new trucks and gets rid of them when the warranty runs out. Which is basically what all the L/P trucks are, putting the high maintenance cost on the new leasee.

Every truck I have leased has a full factory warranty. My maintenance costs are included in my lease, pm's and tires. Brakes as well. Even though my profit has dropped over the last quarter I am still averaging .84 cpm to me after taxes.

I would just like to know if and a big if to ever lease. Which are a few good companies to try. It's not recruiting it's just helping some of us choose a decent company to lease with. So if those of you that are doing good can you please list your company

Nobody knows your situation except you. Your definition of good may not be equal to the other people that may give you a direction. I suggest you do your own research, crunch your own numbers, and look around.
And posting this question on a "these suck " thread might not be the right place to start .
    Thats just my opinion.

You have no clue what your talking about, I lease a trk I pick my loads and I get 72% of load. My payment include all permits, license maint escrow, fuel tax and alot more. I clear on average $1900 a week the only thing coming out of that is fed tax. So im so tired of people saying its a bad deal.
