Well yesterday was my last day with Schneider after sitting for 22 hours they finally gave me a bbt to Atlanta from Charlotte. I got to Atlanta around 21:30 and cleaned everything out of my truck. Around 13:00 EST I went to the QC terminal in Morrow, Ga and signed my contract's for the truck and IC. Then I did a road test in one of their available trucks there. They only have the one atm because the terminal just opened up beginning of this month. They are mainly located out of New Orleans, so that is where I will be going to get my truck from. I go up to Charlotte Sunday evening to start orientation at QC's school Monday. The orientation is only 4 days long and depending on how well I do on the written test and on the pump/air unload is depending on how long of training i will have to do with a trainer. I was told by one of the owner's today that training with a trainer is anywhere from 1 to 14 days depending on how well I do. After orientation Thursday i will end up coming back to Atlanta and most likely taking a train out to New Orleans for the trainer and getting my truck. I will be posting more about everything as it all goes on because I know a lot of people in my old forum were wanting to here about how everything is going with me. I will also be posting pictures of my truck after I get it. Again thanks for everyone and their support so until Monday.Keep on Trucking!!!! Firespock out.

This is one I have to subscribe to. I enjoyed reading about your journey with Schneider, and I'm sure this one will be just as informative.
Best of luck in your new gig.
I'm a little curious though. You said the Morrow yard has just recently opened. Who is the affiliate? QC of GA or someone else? -
88 Alpha Thanks this.
