And with lights not working on the trailer. The best one I've ever heard was they were working last week.

And no I'm not making these up.

Because you don't do swaps that's why maverick paid you guys less. LOL

Sometimes I think it just might be worth it.

Will do sir. my checklist: 1. Attaboys- are they good for a point in the Maverick Way category. and 2. Swaps-Mandatory or not? I too haven't refused and have heard the same.

I was never given the impression that swaps were optional, and I don't plan to test that theory lol. Even if they are optional, I wouldn't recommend turning anything down that Maverick gives you. Sometimes they work very hard to keep you moving, and if you refuse something, I would imagine that they wouldn't be too happy about it and you might sit for a couple days lol. But as far as I know, for company drivers, nothing is optional.

Swaps used to be optional until it just became unfeasible with new hos and added drivers. The biggest problem i ran into when i was a company driver was the "im taking my tarps, etc with me because they're new" drivers. At which point if i was the one doing them the favor of swapping id say " ok not a problem. Im goin on home now, have fun with your load." That is the point at which the whining began. The way i looked at it was it all belonged to maverick so the "im taking MY tarps" line was invalid. I only had one driver not swap because he couldnt part with his tarps.

Ahh ok, that makes sense. It's definitely not optional for TCD lol... Maverick will always help a driver wherever they can, but if they tell you to do something, you definitely should do it lol.

Reminds me of the old line from Mission Impossible... "This mission, should you choose to accept it..."

They always forget the second half of that statement "...and if you don't, we will have you killed..."

    :D

Need help. Never logged on to the browser in Qualcomm before. Do you set up your own username and password or do you use one from Maverick? I am trying to log into the portal is that how you get to it? I can do it from the computer but portal not set up for the "report card" on there yet.

The ID is your driver code...

Password is the last 6 of your social security number...
