Because of the elogs I always got home Saturday morning and left Monday morning. Mostly home for a 34 hr reset. Sometimes a little longer but not much. Still think they are a great company as far as otr companies go and the best flatbed company ive ever worked for but after a year and a half I got a local offer that I couldn't refuse so I've been home every night for the last 3 weeks and couldn't be happier.

I have a few questions. About how long to you usually deadhead between loads? What part of the country is the majority of the freight in? What is the idle policy, or do they have APU's?
-
They to keep deadheads to a minimum. No apus. So far no hassels on idle time. Slow time of year for freight. Really depends on what part of country you are running in. This is a really good company, usual frustrations. They are about the drivers here. Open door policy and no forced dispatch is for real. Very personable company. Your the boss when it comes to safety! (Period) meaning they back you up but also hold you personally responsible if you dont stand your ground about it.

And the agility test is for real. They aint playin about passing it. Paula who runs orientation is cool as hell. Flight and accommodatios are SUPERB.

My hubby's ex's husband is an O/O there. He makes good money & is home every weekend unless he chooses to stay out. He runs out of B'ham. My hubby rode with him for a week before he started driving. Pretty sure P&S is a percentage company.
